Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and bifixoo in connection with access to our online learning platform and property valuation courses available at bifixoo.com. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid service, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment methods must be valid and authorised for use by the account holder.

We reserve the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice. If your preferred method is no longer supported, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment details.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in the currency relevant to your billing region as determined at checkout. bifixoo reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until the next renewal period.

You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or international transaction charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

3. Billing Cycles

3.1 One-Time Purchases

For individual course purchases, payment is collected in full at the time of transaction. Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription-based access is billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at sign-up. Your billing cycle begins on the date your subscription is activated and renews automatically on the same date in each subsequent period.

You will receive a notification before each renewal. Continued use of the platform after a renewal date constitutes acceptance of the charge for that period.

4. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise bifixoo to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period at the then-current rate.

To prevent renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Cancellation after a renewal has been processed will not result in a refund for that period unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

5. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is applied during the trial period. At the conclusion of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Only one free trial is permitted per user account. Attempts to obtain multiple free trials through separate accounts may result in account suspension.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, expired card details, or any other reason, bifixoo will attempt to collect payment again within a short period. You will be notified of the failure and prompted to update your payment information.

Access to paid content may be suspended during any period of outstanding payment. bifixoo is not liable for any loss of access or progress resulting from a failed payment.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Payment Terms by reference. In general, refunds may be considered within a defined period following purchase, provided the course or service has not been substantially accessed. Subscription fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable.

To request a refund, contact us at help@bifixoo.com with your order details. Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of bifixoo.

8. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes and discount offers are subject to their own terms and expiry dates. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise. Codes cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

bifixoo reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

9. Invoices and Receipts

A payment confirmation is sent to your registered email address following each successful transaction. Itemised invoices are available on request by contacting our support team. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information in your account settings.

10. Taxes and Duties

bifixoo may be required to collect applicable taxes on purchases depending on your location and the nature of the service. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout prior to payment completion. You are solely responsible for any additional duties, levies, or taxes imposed by your local jurisdiction that are not collected at the point of sale.

11. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge has been applied in error, please contact us at help@bifixoo.com or call +353 1 841 1594 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.

bifixoo will investigate all reported billing disputes promptly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed or used without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately. bifixoo is not liable for charges resulting from unauthorised use where reasonable security measures were not maintained by the account holder.

13. Changes to Payment Terms

bifixoo reserves the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
